I was recording a snippet for a vlog and caught this and just let the camera roll. I’m proud to say that my daughter has never heard me say something negative about my body, and it’s not that it’s an easy thing for me. I struggled with an ed for a very long time, and sometimes I did have to be performative and say what I don’t believe just so she can see and hear a positive outlook on bodies.
