In 1979 en route to New York a reporter asked Fidel Castro if he wore a bulletproof vest, as was highly rumored. Here is Castro’s famous answer. Fidel Castro survived over 600 assassination attempts by the CIA, as well as attempts to end his political career in other ways. He died at the age of 90.
