Congressional staffers had the chance to tour Myrtle Beach's ocean outfall project Friday, November 14. Staffers from Senators Scott and Graham as well as staffers from Representatives Wilson, Timmons, Norman and Fry all showed up. The ocean outfall project is taking place at 24th Avenue North.
