A site visitor comes onto your website and interacts with the Drift bot. The bot grabs their information, calculates an auto insurance quote, and messages it back to the visitor.
We use the OAuth 2.0 Authorization Code flow to give you the credentials you need to talk to Drift on a user's behalf. As soon as you complete this flow, you'll automatically begin receiving your selected events for their account as well.

When installing Drift it’s important to test and confirm the widget is working properly. There are several ways to check if Drift has been installed correctly on your site or in your web app.
Drift will process redirecting to another page once the Fastlane is closed or if the site visitor did not meet the targeting conditions of the Fastlane playbook.
