I just got the same unmarked envelope from auto approve for the second time, only this one has '2ND NOTICE' stamped in large red text at a goofy angle at the top of the letter. It says I could reduce my monthly payment by an estimated $84/month. I think the unmarked envelope and aggressive tactics are enough to make me question their business.
I did the auto redeem for the $10 for a handful of months but it essentially put me in a position where I felt like I always had to buy a new game and was still spending money. You can instead use it to redeem gamepass.
